6-Month Coaching Program

This personalized coaching experience is designed to help you create sustainable wellness habits that fit your lifestyle.

Our meetings take place every other week (virtually or in person) for six months on a designated day that works for both client and coach.

This package includes 3 customized nutrition-focused coaching sessions designed around your individual goals and lifestyle.

Together we’ll work on:

  • Whole-food nutrition

  • Sustainable wellness practices
